2500w amp.

i saw this on ebay. he says it will do 2500w, but i only see 6 pills. can it really produce that much power?

I would have to say no.Unless and this is a big unless.....It could be what is known as double bored.Meaning it would also have 6 pills on the underside of the board.You dont see that too much but they are out there.We were just talking about that as a matter of fact at the keydown in Philly yesterday.In the early days of keydowns some guys would build or have built amplifiers like that to cheat at keydowns.Is this one of them Question

I dunno but I would bet good money its just another sheister over exaggerating what his beat up old 6 pill can do Wink

Either the guy has a very happy meter, or he is intentionally bumping up the numbers in hopes of a higher selling price. He went back in and posted that the 2500 swing was incorrect and that it actually swings to 4000!!!! Rolling Eyes

The X Force web site says 1600 swing, and that's driving it with the X80. The guy that bought it is going to be very disappointed if he thinks that amp will produce anything close to the numbers the seller stated...
