I prefer 1 2290x 4 2879's, but that is just my opinion. It really depends on what type of talking you do and the kind of output you want.

I dont have long keydowns, usually. I just want it to freakin scream.......... But alot of that depends on the radio itself.

What type of radio are you running now?

That radio will run a 5 pill just fine, but I would recommend getting varaible power installed in that radio. That way you can set the dead key on the amp at about 150 watts. Each amp is a little different due to input tuning so a fixed DK is not a good idea.
