Yup. My last resort is to ferrite choke the wires right at the fuel pump.
Another thing to do is ground the hell out of the truck. 1/2" braided ground strap at all four corners of the bed, and the all four corners of the cab right to the frame, bare metal to bare metal then you can use the rubberized under coating to seal the connections. Also use the strap to ground the alternator.

His fuel pump noise is so bad when we meet up on the mountain and sit side by side shooting the breeze I can hear it very clearly in my recieve if he has the engine running.Boy am I glad I have a Chevy Shawn

Dang, I'm glad my wife's F-150 isn't like that. Her's is a 2004 FX4 with the 5.8L, not sure if that matters though.
