i'm wondering how this cb_repairman makes any money? i mean, does he actually sell any of this stuff? and, if he does, who the hell is buying these radios at these prices? for a little more money, i can get a 98vhp tuned at sparky's!! i bought a cobra 29 ltd from this guy about 2 years ago. it was gayed up: american flag faceplate, blue led's, vari power, swing kit, recieve mod, 1969 final, echo. paid about 125 bucks after shipping. THE THIRD TIME I KEYED THE RADIO, THE FINAL BLEW!! lol. i called him and he repaired it for free, but come on. seems kinda wierd to me, huh?

Did you notice instead of just wiring it hot/brite all the time he was nice enough to leave the dimmer knob in the radio Rolling Eyes

I wonder if he just left it dangling in there so it can bump into something and short out Question

Or maybe just maybe he taped it up with a giant glob of electrical tape Wink
