The price is rite too,at R&R in Delaware they are advertising it at $195.00 peaked, tuned and out the door.Amazing thing about it is they are selling the new dx939 40 channel cb radio for $210.00 Shocked The only thing the 939 has over this radio is talkback.Could someone please explain to me why a radio without echo would need talkback scratch This radio has dual mosfets, channels, roger beep you name it and its $15.00 cheaper than a straight 40 channel cb......go figure. You know what.....Im going to find a financial backer and do what all the other brands do.Go to Ranger U.S.A. and have them build me my very own radio.I think we will call it the Outlaw Special. This radio will be the stuff dreams are made of.It shall have every option and accessory you have ever seen and some you have only dreamed of.It will be available only from me so we eliminate the middle man and his markup so as to keep the price of this dream rig within the realm of reality.Well now that I have your attention who wants to pull out the check book and step up to the plate Question Question Razz Razz Very Happy Very Happy Laughing Laughing Cool Cool afro afro Dont mind me it is late and I am very tired and will not even remember typing this when I wake up tomorrow.Peace Ya'all Im back quiet retarded retarded

I've heard of a couple of people who have run one of these and they love it. I'd have to blow a hole in the side and have an echo board intalled though.

See i'm exactly opposite. I hate taking fetures away that are already there. And then inserting something different would piss me off because it's not supposed to be there and it wouldn't be labled correctly, so I'd have to order a custom faceplate and then....

See what it turns into??? Just blow a hole in the side of it. It's all blank space. It should have more buttons and knobs there anyway. Blank space is useless....... Laughing

Razz Razz Razz Well although I dont exactly prescribe to that way of thinking I do have to admit you make a valid point.See thats why Im gonna have my own radio mass produced....It will be lacking nothing,it will have everything and it will all be placed and marked the way it should.Although it will probably wind up being the size of some of the old boat anchors of the past.Hey what the hell do you want anyway Im trying to give you everything you could ever want in a radio all rolled up into one unit lol! Jerking afro So give me a freakin break here Very Happy Razz Laughing Hey did I mention you get one of these blowjob free with every radio purchased Question lol! afro retarded Still havent figured out whos gonna give them but much like the radio Im working on it,Rome wasnt built in a day you know afro Shawn

Some items you are absolutely rite they are high but 1 thing you have to remember almost every online radio shop charges an additional $25 to $50 for conversion and a peak and tune plus you gotta pay to ship on top of it.When I bought my Gen. Lee I looked around before I purchased and yes there were places who had it cheaper but when I figured in the cost of tuning and shipping it wound up being more than R&Rs price.Plus Im a hands on guy,I like to see and feel up close where my hard earned money is going to be going.Theres something to be said for being able to walk up to the counter and point to what you would like to see and they just hand it to you.Russ has always been very fair with me too, when I bought that 33hp and had so many problems with it he gave me the choice of either another brand new 33 or he would give me full purchase price credit towards any radio I wanted. Now he was not obligated to do that, his only obligation would have been to send it back to Galaxy and let them handle it.It was a real class move on his part to do that for me and I very much appreciated it.Price does matter dont get me wrong but customer service....great customer service beats out cheap prices any day. afro Shawn

Yes you are absolutely rite.Sparkys is one of the very few internet shops that will tune and convert your radio included in the advertised price.I have used Sparkys and must admit they are definately top shelf in the customer service and quality departments.I still like however like the ability to put my hands and eyes on the radio I am interested in and with R&R only an hour away I am able to do that.Shawn

That may be true but 2 watt only has one or 2 radios in stock at a time.He can get whatever you want but it must be ordered.I dunno each to his own....I have used R&R for years and will continue to use them, they know how to treat me right and keep me happy Very Happy Shawn
