So,I got my ticket where is your's?? I have to do some more stuff to my truck before I can truly run 10 and 11 metres. I'm putting an antenna switch and two separate antennas, as well as some power so I can be to my "legal" max for 10 metres. Well ok maybe alittle over my legal max :-)

How are you going to mount a 10 and 11 meter antenna on the same vehicle without the radiation pattern being messed up and them possibly acting like a bounce back beam setup???Shawn

Wilson 5000 hardmount on the roof of the truck(already done) and a K40 trucker mounted on the back corner of the box (flat plate coming out from between the cap and bed rail) for 10 metres. The K40 trucker has a wide bandwidth compared to the Wilson. They will be about 12'apart.

I see, sounds cool.Let me know how it all works out.I never thought you could get 2 antennas far enough apart on a vehicle that they wouldnt react with each other but hey....I have been wrong before.I guess at 12 feet even if they did react it wouldnt be real drastic anyway.Shawn

I'll let ya know once its done. If I don't like it then I'll set the Wilson anteena up so I have to switch coil and whip for 11 anf 10 metre. I would prefer not to do it, but gotta have system good.
