Who knows. I'm always looking for something. Although I don't like the RK56's.
I've also got an Astatic 575M6B for sale if you know someone who wants it.

let me see what my bank looks like and I'll get back to you. I won't be up on the hill tonight, I've been working all weekend and still have to work tomorrow and then all week, unless it rains sometime.

Don't use a power mic in a mobile please, especially if you are running an amp. No one will be able to understand you they pick up way to much background noise. Use a skythumper ST-65 or a 636L in a mobile. My .02 cents.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. I've personally never had a problem with background noise. Then again, I usually have the AC on though, so it sounds like i'm sitting in my house.

I would have to hear it to believe you, no offense I just have never heard a good sounding mobile station using a power mic.

I have been using one for the last couple weeks[a loaner...sorta] and i like it a lot.As long as you keep the windows up it sounds great, open the windows on the road and it goes to doodie though. That being said it certainly wouldnt be a good choice for an average big truck environment.Shawn
