Unfortunately these guys have really gone down the toilet in the last year or 2.Have purchased 3 radios there in the last 2 years and had probllems that either they caused or they could have/should have caught with each one of them.Me personally I have written them off.Shawn

Thats too bad. In this day and age where so many businesses are closing, you would think that they would ensure high quality work. Word of mouth is make or break for speciality stores now a days.

Has already cost them quite a bit losing my word of mouth.One of the locals is looking to purchase a new RCI2995 base...BIG BUCKS.He asked my opinion of going down there to get it.By my reccomendation he is ordering it from Sparkys.Have steered several others away also that were looking at other[but cheaper]radios scratch Oh well thats just the way it goes No

Well, You gotta think of it this way......lets say that they put 50 radios out the door in a week. There bound to **** up 1 or 2 of them. That's about a 3% defect rate.
