Thats funny we got an early snow here today too,not much just enough to put a coating on the ground. Now my parents on the other hand live up in the Pocono Mountains up in the northern part of the state. They awoke to 4 inches and piling up fast.Real wet, heavy snow, tearing down tree branches and stuff with its weight.Mom was outside a good time trying to knock as much as she could off her prized apple tree. Many of the limbs had already been taken down to ground level and were mired in the snow. When released they shot back up like catapultsThey are now calling for 12 to 14 inches up there before it passes Shocked I keep telling them they need to move back to the southern part of the state.Even told them we would go out and find a big old farmhouse and go into it together.I am at a point where I honestly worry about them up there especially in the winter,Pocono winters are very unforgiving and they arent kids anymore lets be honest. They both have their fair share of medical problems. So yes I worry I almost worry about them as I worry for a childs well being.Who knows if we get a really hard hit year up there they may come to their sences and sell,or just keep as a nice summer home 2 hours away. Very Happy Peace,Shawn

About a 15/20 minute drive from their house and I can be sitting on the highest peak in the Poconos.I can sit up there and talk back home to the guys on Happy Valley without any trouble.Well almost no trouble, last time we did that there was some drunk guy in there playing music and whipping carriers, bastard followed us all around the band too.He musta been really drunk and miserably bored. No Shawn
